Summer docking is from May 1^st, 2025 to September 30^th, 2025 inclusively. CLIENTS using the docks outside these dates will be charged a flat fee of $6.00 per day conditional that the client has renewed his/her contract and paid their full instalment no later than May 1^st, 2025

Year-Round Clients – Annual Plus Package

The Annual Plus Package includes:

Dock for the summer season.
A 30 Amp electrical outlet
For powerboats, hauling and launching using our hydraulic trailer if possible depending on length and weight. In the event that our trailer cannot be used, the responsibility and costs of hauling and launching will be the responsibility of the boat owner.
Disconnect the batteries
Store fenders, mooring cables, electric current cable in the interior cabin
Remove and store the canvases in the interior cabin
Shrink wrap (except for sailboats).

Discounts for sailboats

A discount of $350 per sailboat will be granted to compensate for the hauling and launching which was included in previous packages. The estimated costs for getting in and out of the water vary between $120 and $160 per operation. The amount is determined according to the length of the sailboat.

Powerboat discounts

A discount ranging from $10 to $12 per foot is available if you decide not to put shrink wrap on your boat. Ask us for details.

The Winter Storage program includes:

Additional services:
We offer services at an hourly rate plus parts and taxes, such as winterizing of motors, water system, water heaters, wash-down pumps, stern drive and accessories, storage of batteries, and others.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR CLIENTS

REQUIRED INFORMATION

Please have these important documents plus information ready when filing the contracts for any of our programs:

A copy of the declaration page of your vessel’s current insurance policy showing a minimum of $2,000,000.00 liability coverage.
A copy of the boat registration and its registration number.
Serial numbers of the hull, motors and stern drives.
Your boat overall dimension (overall length including all items protruding from the vessel when fully rigged)
Your email address so that we may forward information to you.

AVAILABILITY OF DOCKS

All contracts must be renewed and paid on or prior to September 30th, 2024, otherwise the dock that would have been assigned to you will be made available.
